My cat is quite heavy, will the hammock hold it?
The multi-layered wooden frame and reinforced canvas are designed to support up to approximately 18 kg (≈ 40 lb). For very large cats or heavier small dogs, simply ensure that the support (bed, shelf, furniture) is stable.
How do I clean the hammock?
The canvas is removable: you can take it off to wash it by hand or machine on a delicate cycle. Let it air dry before putting it back on the frame.
Do I need to drill holes in the wall?
No, no wall mounting is required. The hammock attaches using adjustable hooks to the bed frame, a windowsill, a wardrobe, or even the back of a chair, without damaging your walls.
What are the return deadlines and conditions?
